Not all alerts from PM are being displayed in spectrum

CA Performance Management - Usage and Administration
I have configured a Threshold Profile in Performance Management, can see the events in Performace Mangement, but cant see the corresponding Alarms in spectrum

Verify you are looking at the correct item in Spectrum (device, interface, etc). that corresponds to what the event is generated on.
