Issue/Introduction
In CASB investigate you see multiple notifications of the same Gatelet event/activity.
Resolution
Enable the option Suppress Duplicate Notification of Blocks under CloudSOC Settings > Gateway.
When enabled, CloudSOC does not generate duplicate notifications or activity logs when blocking additional operations within a 5-minute window. This affects automatic retries generated by the SaaS and it will also affect additional manual retries by the user.
