URL POST Action only passing single variable

Issue/Introduction

We have a URL Action that POSTS variables to a 3rd party software.  We recently upgraded 20.1 to 20.3.3 with June 2021 hotfixes.  It seems that the new version will only allow you to pass a single alarm variable per entry.  Is this by design?

Example:

Used to work  - 

Variable name Message   Variables passed:   ${MESSAGE} ${TIME_ORIGIN} ${HOST} 

This may just be an undetected bug, as on some initial testing a few months ago, the URL actions were doing a GET instead of a POST.  And your development team had to create a fix for it.

Fixed and delivered as part of the UIM 20.3.3 July Hotfix patch.
