The Update Readiness Tool (URT), both the standard and detailed report, end with this line;

"Error - "UPGRADE_READINESS" is missing system privileges: CREATE JOB"

Note that the user name "UPGRADE_READINESS" will reflect the name you choose for the upgrade user.

Release : 15.x,16.x

Component : Oracle 19c

Resolution

In Oracle 19c the URT user, UPGRADE_READINESS, requires "CREATE JOB" privileges just as the "protect" user does.

GRANT CREATE JOB TO UPGRADE_READINESS;
