Incoming event NullPointerException seen in the EMService.log

Issue/Introduction

The following error is seen in the EMService.log as well as the wrapper.log for EM

Environment

Release: NetOps releases earlier than 21.2.1

Resolution

This error is resolved via defect DE472413 which is included in NetOps Performance Management 21.2.1
