Issue/Introduction

WSSA User report to determine which user is on which version of the WSS Agent or Unified Agent

Resolution

On the Web Security Service (WSS) portal navigate to Report Center and select 'Last Access' report under 'User Behavior'. This will pull out the reports of the Users from the past 30 days and which WSS Agent and Unified Agent they are using and on which device. 

The time range can be changed and we can add filters to the reports based on the 'Agent Type', 'Client Version', etc.

Note: The agents would only show up on the portal once traffic has passed through it.
