Issue/Introduction

Is there are report showing what versions of the WSS Agent (WSSA) that users are running?

How can I see what versions of the WSSA client are deployed across my organization?

Resolution

In either the Cloud SWG portal or Enterprise Console portal navigate to Report Center and select:

• "User Behavior" (section) > "Last Access" (report)

The Last Access report will show the versions of the WSSA client installed across your tenant, and includes the following information: 

• Client Version
• Username
• Device ID
• Device Name
• Client IP
• Last Access (date/time)

Note: This report is populated when an installed client contacts the CloudSWG service.
