sdgtw probe next release to support Quebec version

Issue/Introduction

- Servicenow (SNOW) environment is going to upgrade to Quebec version and SDGTW probe is still supporting the Paris version.

- Please let us know when we can get the Quebec-supported SDGTW probe.
