axis2.xml format error ">" breaks Netops Spectrum-NetOps Portal integration

Issue/Introduction

Upgrade of Spectrum replaces the modified axis2.xml entries required to support using SSL enabled Spectrum-NetOps-PM integration. 

Also the version implemented during upgrade WILL NOT WORK correctly due to erroneous ">" in the Transport Ins section of $SPECROOT/tomcat/webapps/axis/WEB-INF/conf/axis2.xml

 

Environment

Spectrum 22.2.x

Spectrum 23.3.x 
NetOps-PM 22.2.x

NetOps-Pm 23.3.x

Windows and Redhat Linux

Resolution

Remove the extra characters (">") in the axis2.xml file and restart Spectrum Tomcat service.

Additional Information

Additionally the Spectrum OneClick users may see slow performance in the OneClick console and WebApp.
