Issue/Introduction

BlazeMeter API Monitoring (Runscope) user is a valid member of a Team, is a member of a valid API Monitoring group, and has permissions to view all tests in the Team buckets, but when the user successfully logs in, no tests are displayed in the buckets.

When this same user views the Teams & Usage settings page, the message "Loading Usage Details..." is displayed but the Usage metrics are never displayed:

Cause

User had browser extensions that added Content Security Policies (CSPs) that were blocking access to the tests in the Team buckets as well as the Team usage details.  Using the browser's Developer tools errors similar to the following appear in the Console log:

Refused to execute inline script because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "script-src 'none'". Either the 'unsafe-inline' keyword, a hash ('sha256-4GVa6yPbedUZAiRkJVO33fJTFg8ae/QjBv+IjX1hLNM='), or a nonce ('nonce-...') is required to enable inline execution

Environment

Release : SAAS

Component : BLAZEMETER API MONITORING

Resolution

Remove the browser extensions that added the CSPs that are blocking access to the Team bucket tests and usage details.
