Agent and Client installed on Linux server

Cannot autoping agent

CAUAJM_I_50023 AutoPinging Machine [test-server.example.com]
CAUAJM_E_10229 Communication attempt with the CA WAAE Agent has failed! [test-server.example.com:7520]
CAUAJM_E_50281 AutoPing from the Scheduler WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL.

CAUAJM_E_10229 Communication attempt with the CA WAAE Agent has failed! [test-server.example.com:7520]
CAUAJM_E_50283 AutoPing from the Application Server WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL.

cannot run native commands on the Linux server

$ jil
CAUAJM_E_10527 Timed out waiting for response from the CA WAAE Application Server: [test-server.example.company.com:9000]
CAUAJM_E_50033 Error initializing tx subsystem:  CAUAJM_E_10062 Failed to get initial configuration from CA WAAE Application Server(s).

I have checked that the UseEncryption both match UseEncryption=1

 

 

 

 

 

Environment

Release : 11.3.6, R12

Component : CA WORKLOAD AUTOMATION ADVANCED INTEGRATION FOR HADOOP

Resolution

---SOLUTION---

+ Through R12 DVD, Cleaned/Uninstalled by running uninstaller 


+ Able to install Agent and Client successfully

+ We found SSA was missing from prior installation. Added SSA dependency using the custom install.

+ Firewall blocking Agent port 7520.

Issued Below command:

systemctl status firewalld
systemctl stop firewalld

+ Able to autoping successfully after making it inactive.
