Job Fails To Start - Rescheduled by the agent, profile could not be found

Issue/Introduction

A job with a profile attribute fails to start on the agent due to the following error...

 RESTART         08/02/2021 10:32:14    1  PD  08/02/2021 10:32:15
    <Rescheduled by the agent, profile could not be found.>

 

 

Environment

Release : 11.3.6/12.0

Component : CA Workload Automation AE (AutoSys)

Cause

The agent us unable to locate the file specified in the job's profile attribute.

Resolution

Ensure the file specified in the job's profile attribute exists on the agent machine and the job owner has permission to access it. This includes permission for the file itself along with the directories in the path to the file.
