Viewing reports in CA Broadcom SCRT Report Management application

Issue/Introduction

These concerns pertain to the CA Broadcom SCRT Report Management portal.
 
When a colleague and I submit reports, I do not see the reports that they submit nor do they see the ones that I have submitted.
When a colleague uploaded the report it showed "Uploaded by" and then their email. However, the "Submitted by" was under my email.

Environment

Release : 15.0
Component : SCRT REPORT MANAGEMENT APPLICATION

Resolution

As per the the documentation, all users defined to a site should be able to view all reports uploaded for that site.

Note: you must first click on the "Site" menu option at the upper right of the SCRT applications navigation bar.

View SCRT Reports

Members of a site can view all Broadcom ISV SCRT (SCRT) reports for that site.  A member who is removed from a site, can still view 
only the reports uploaded by that member. Use the Site menu option to view the reports for a site.
 
Regarding uploaded reports...
  • Uploaded By = shows the email of the user that uploaded the file to the application
  • Submitted By = shows the name that was specified in the actual CAISCRT batch job that was run to create the report (look for parameter Contact_Name= ).
