OFFLINE_ENDPOINT_TASKS table is missing.

Issue/Introduction

Comparing different deployments, sometimes an OFFLINE_ENDPOINT_TASKS table exists and other times it does not.  What is this table and why does is it missing?

Environment

Release : 14.x

Component :

IdentityMinder(Identity Manager)

IdentitySuite(Identity Suite)

Resolution

The "OFFLINE_ENDPOINT_TASKS table", holds tasks pending execution on an Offline Endpoint.  

When the Endpoint is Online, IDM will move any data in the 'OFFLINE_ENDPOINT_TASK' table to 'task_to_resubmit' and its corresponding table.  After all data is moved the 'OFFLINE_ENDPOINT_TASK' table will be deleted.

Note:
Before upgrading or migrating, we recommend that you bring all Offline Endpoints online and allow their tasks to complete.
