Alerts are not clearing in SOI console

Issue/Introduction
Unable to clear Alerts in SOI Console showing Alerts repository Error.
Environment
SOI: 4.2
Resolution
Follow the below steps to recycle SOI services:-
- Stop all SOI services
- Clear below files
\CA\SOI\tomcat\temp
\CA\SOI\SamUI\temp
- Start below services first
SOI manager
SOI MQ server
- Verify triage test from SOI manager debug page
- Once triage test pass or completed from Manager debug page . Please start all the other SOI services
Once all the services are up then please perform steps again to open SOI console.
