Issue/Introduction

New users are not synchronizing from Active Directory to Automic environment. 

Can see below execution errors for the ldapsync job

Environment

Release : 12.2.x /12.3.x

Component :ldapsync

Resolution

Can see below errors in ldapsync logs

Verified externally that password of the user configured in LDAPSync.xml was incorrect 

 

 

After resetting password of the user configured in LDAPSync.xml the ldapsync is working successfully
