Alarm Metric View not working with German locale

Issue/Introduction

Post upgrade from UIM 20.3.2 to 20.3.3 + HF2 the Alarm Metric View is not working  when  German locale used.

We are able to create the Metric View and save it but then we get "No metric view is selected..." message. In the Chrome debug Console we can see error 500 occurring. 

DEBUG org.springframework.web.servlet.handler.AbstractHandlerMethodMapping:getHandlerInternal - Did not find handler method for [/v1/metrics/named-views/8] looking up handler for path: /v1/metrics/chart

Environment

Release : 20.3.3 HF2

Component : UIM OPERATOR CONSOLE - DASHBOARDS/DESIGNER

Resolution

As discussed with our engineering team and verified by product management:

Root cause is German SQL Server locale. Resolving this issue will need Certification of German Locale. At this time there are no plans to certify German / any new  Locale in the upcoming 20.4 release. 

Certification of German Locale is on the Roadmap. Please raise an enhancement / Idea via our Broadcom communities at community.broadcom.com.
