Issue/Introduction

Question:

I need to backup my PAM orchestrator.  How is this accomplished?

Answer:

To Backup an ITPAM Orchestrator, you will need to:

  • Backup of the database
This contains data such as process, flows, connector information, ...
The procedure to backing up of a database is usually indicated by a company's policy and procedure.

  • Backup of Directory: \CA\ITPAM\Domain\server\c2o\.config\*
This directory contains Domain.xml which contains Domain/Environment data. The other files contain information related to keystore, node configuration, port configuration, etc...
Please copy the whole folder with all of the contents to a different location.
