20.3.3 Error running cabi report from OC via Linux

Issue/Introduction

When I try to run the report menu of the Operator Console, I get the following message :

Error Message: There was an error on the server. Try again or contact site administrators. (Error UID: 0022d938-5bb4-4180-94ea-cd0ead2d272b)

I'm able to create a new Custom Report but I cannot launch it from OC after saving it.

I'm in version 20.3.3 with all patches/HF from June up to date.

Resolution

Apply the following steps:

1 - Open cabi probe Raw Configure->startup->opt, and add a java_opts key, with next in it: -Djava.awt.headless=true
2 - yum install dejavu-serif-fonts
     yum install fontconfig
     yum install urw-fonts
3 - Reboot CABI server
