Landscape handle wrong for hostargs during upgrade

Issue/Introduction
Ran the distributed upgrade and the hostargs file had the wrong L_handle - is something going to break?
Environment
Release : 21.2
Resolution
During an upgrade this entry will be effectively ignored.
The SSdb has the landscape handle stamped in it and we will use that - not what is in the hostargs.
Confirm by going to $SPECROOT/SS
Type:
../SS-Tools/lh_set
It will display the correct landscape handle.
