Issue/Introduction

Trying to connect to SAAS database with DB Client: DBeaver and all the date fields are displayed as "NullPointerException:"

Environment

Release : Any

Component : CA PPM SAAS OPERATIONS DATABASE RESTORE, REFRESH, BACKUP

Resolution

  • The data appears correctly in the Clarity tables, so this would be a DBeaver issue, not a Clarity issue
  • We suggest to try using another client. 
  • Make sure your version current, check for any error in the dbeaver logs.
