Resolution

Default Maximum Size for File Processing for DLP CDS servers is 30 MB. This may be increased to 100 MB Email Cloud Detectors, this will require support to file a request with the Cloud Operations team.

We do not support increasing this value on WSS or CASB Cloud Detectors at this time.

Additional Information

For the CDS for WSS, as well as Network Prevent for Web, there is a minimum size threshold for inspection requests. See Data Loss Prevention is not intercepting traffic from a proxy (broadcom.com).

There is an existing Feature Request for this functionality, ISFR-345: "Large file size support", which specifically is a request to "Increase Cloud Detection Service (CDS) file size limit".
