Custom Process Does Not Complete

Custom process that is expected to complete within 5 seconds is not getting completed.

There is no blocking on the database and restarting the BG service does not help.



Review the step where it does not progress.
Look for an action that has ERROR NJS-0100: Job not found.


1. Place the current process on hold.
2. Save as a new copy of the process and provide variation of the process and ID indicating it is a variation or updated version.
3. Find the step with the missing job name and fill in the correct job name for the process to call.
4. Validate and launch the process instance.
