Budget Plan view API Error message: CMN-0007: Attribute 'name' is required

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to open Budget plan in MUX we are getting an error "Could not update value."

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a Cost Plan with Role Grouping Attribute in Financials
2. Navigate to Cost Plan Details
3. Do a sort on Role Grouping Attribute
4. save the view with some random name
5. Go to Cost Plan List Page
6. Create one more Cost Plan with Department as Grouping Attribute
7. Go to details of this newly created Cost Plan
8. Same Error will come

Cause

If both the plans Grouping Attributes are different and if the saved view has sort on any Grouping Attribute then the issue is faced.
