Issue/Introduction

Description:

The descriptions for the various 'Edit Financial' access security rights are incomplete.

Based on the name of the right; the description should indicate the user can 'view and edit financial properties'.

Steps to View Existing Descriptions:  

Navigate within Administration to the License Information Portlets and view the 'Rights by License Type' 

Filter for Access Right = '*edit financial' to see descriptions of these rights

Solution:

The descriptions are incomplete. They should display the following descriptions:

GLOBAL RIGHTS:

Application - Edit Financial Information All
Allows resources to view and edit financial properties of all Applications. This right is dependent on other rights providing navigation and view for Applications, such as Application - View - All right.

Asset - Edit Financial Information All
Allows resources to view financial properties of all Assets. This right is dependent on other rights providing navigation and view for Assets, such as Asset - View - All right.

Other Work - Edit Financial Information All
Allows resources to view and edit financial properties of all Other Work Investments. This right is dependent on other rights providing navigation and view for Other Work, such as Other Work - View - All right.

Product - Edit Financial Information All
Allows resources to view and edit financial properties of all Products. This right is dependent on other rights providing navigation and view for Products, such as Product - View - All right.

Service - Edit Financial Information All
Allows resources to view and edit financial properties of all services. This right is dependent on other rights providing navigation and view for Services, such as Service - View - All right.

OBS UNIT OR INSTANCE RIGHTS:

Application - Edit Financial
Allows resources to view and edit financial properties of a specific application. This right is dependent on other rights providing navigation and view for a specific application, such as Application - View and Application - Navigate right.

Asset - Edit Financial
Allows resources to view and edit financial properties of a specific asset. This right is dependent on other rights providing navigation and view for a specific asset, such as Asset - View and Asset - Navigate right.

Other Work - Edit Financial
Allows resources to view and edit financial properties of a specific other work. This right is dependent on other rights providing navigation and view for a specific Other Work, such as Other Work - View and Other Work - Navigate right.

Product - Edit Financial
Allows resources to view and edit financial properties of a specific product. This right is dependent on other rights providing navigation and view for a specific product, such as Product - View and Product - Navigate right.

Service - Edit Financial
Allows resources to view and edit financial properties of a specific service. This right is dependent on other rights providing navigation and view for a specific service, such as Service - View and Service - Navigate right.

NOTE: When configuring the 'Edit Financial' rights, currently, the resource also needs 'View Financial' rights or a red error message will appear to indicate the "You do not have the rights to perform the action".
