Issue/Introduction

cci is connecting to mainframe CCITCPGW task, but when the following commands are issued on server they get:

 

ccii - only shows local applications and does not show any mainframe cci applications

rmtcntrl status - get ERROR SENDING COMMAND TO BRIDGE

Environment

Release : 12.1

Component : UNICENTER UNIVERSAL JOB MANAGEMENT AGENT

Resolution

Customer uninstall /re-install the agent and it resolved the issue.
