Issue/Introduction

Upgrade of Spectrum  will not connect to sradmin with SPC-INT-20026 even though account has local admin permissions.

Environment

Release : 10.4.3, 21.2, 22.2

 

Cause

• Mismatched version of sradmin.

Resolution

Upgrade the sradmin to the version you are installing before running the Spectrum upgrade.
