We have noticed that service offering name changes or new service offerings are not showing up in Service Point.

Follow these steps
--run the rebuild index command for elastic search server and restart elastic search server.
Command is "pdm_es_rebuild_index.bat" and located by default in the C:\Program Files\CA\SC\CASearchServer\search\bin directory for the server where Elastic Search is installed.
--shutdown xFlow, remove CasmPlayAPI folder in xFlow-install\\APPS\temp and playpaixxxxx files/folders in C:\Windows\temp and start xFlow
--delete cache for browser
--login xFlow/Service Point and check
