Release : 17.1

Component : SERVICE DESK MANAGER

Resolution

#Installer failed to recognize the Java version. 
#Configured java_home, jre_home. 
# Java folder was incomplete as it had a branching inside. Java\jre\ < actual files> 
# Copied bin & lib folder directly under JAVA. 
# We were able to bring back the older version Jasper 6.3.0 
#Client will take a snapshot of existing jasper and will proceed with the upgrade.
