Forecast Does Not Treat Logical and AS Logical OR

Issue/Introduction
When generate a forecast report from Web UI for a box and its jobs. The duration of each job/box is always 1 min.
Environment
Release : r12.0.SP1
Component : CA Workload Automation AE (AutoSys)
Cause
Its a bug in noted in WAAE r12.0.SP1.
Resolution
