Issue/Introduction

Hi, Can you remove Ana Riquelme from the Clarity status emails (her email is [email protected]) from this Clarity SAAS US1-008, US1-006, US1-007. Thanks in advance.

Resolution

This can be a self-service item activity via the steps below. Please note, If still having trouble after trying this, please let us know and we can open a case with Global Customer Service (GCA) and they can work on removing Clarity SaaS Status page account/profile/notifications/access to Clarity Saas Status page.

1) Navigate to the Status Page and click on the Clarity SaaS tile (https://status.broadcom.com > Enterprise Software > Clarity SaaS)
2) Log in via https://login.broadcom.com
3) The Service Status page will come up(https://claritysaas.statuspage.io page)
- Clarity SaaS - Service availability and scheduled maintenance for your Clarity SaaS tenants and environments.
4) In upper right hand click on Subscribe > Manage My Subscription
5) Click "Unsubscribe from updates"
