Configuration assistance with Infrastructure agent with IBM WebSphere MQ Monitor extension

Issue/Introduction

ENV:

CA APM Infrastructure Agent Release 21.6.0.26 (Build 990026)

Using Java VM version "OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM 1.8.0_212" from AdoptOpenJDK

 

We need help with configuring the infrastructure agent with IBM WebSphere MQ Monitor extension.  We get the queue manager to connect to the SAAS environment but it doesn't seem to obtain many metrics for the queue manager XXXX.  

IntroscopeAgent.log have this type of messages...

7/14/21 12:29:46 PM EDT [WARN] [IntroscopeAgent.InfrastructureAgent] MQActivityQueueReader.run Could not connect to configuration instance: XXXX|XXXX to read the activity reports from activity queue. Will try to connect to the configuration instance after 30 seconds

Resolution

Customer was able to connect to the queue managers after permissions were enabled for the userid.
