cdm custom alarm messages are being removed from some nodes in a cluster

Issue/Introduction

I have cdm configured in concert with the cluster probe, and when patching happens to the cluster servers OS, I am loosing the custom messages in the cdm configuration on some of the nodes.

Environment

Release : 20.3

Component : UIM - CDM WITH IOSTAT

Resolution

Updated to the following and no longer seeing the issue:

cluster 3.71 
cdm 6.60 HF1
