How do I send Alert Description to ServiceNOW ITSM ticket integration

Issue/Introduction

I added Alert Description to the template used by the ITSM integration. My test alarm did not copy the description to the ServiceNow incident that was create. How do I configure the Alert Description to show in the ServiceNOW incident?

Release : 20.2

Component : CA DOI AUTOMATION INTEGRATION

Resolution

Presently, OI is not supporting alarm_description fields for OI alarms.
It is a know limitation of the product.
The feature has been identified as an enhancement request.
