Issue/Introduction

As an example, the site (www.google.com) is unable to be displayed in the channel.

One of the following messages displays in the browser:

1. This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the issue. 

2. When opening in Incognito or InPrivate mode:
<URL> refused to connect.

Perform a browser trace and check what the HTML error message is and contact the local network team to troubleshoot

Additional Information

The site: www.google.com

uses the setting of 
x-frame-options: SAMEORIGIN
so it cannot be rendered in an iframe for security reasons.
