Issue/Introduction

Need to understand why the Reset V3 Authentication is needed on a few device models.  

Environment

Release : 20.2

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

Resolution

This could be due to an issue with the device and engine ID changes.

The following debug can be gathered for support:

cli - connect
./update action=0x10329
./update action=0x10331
Run sniffer
SNMP Poll it
Reset V3 creds
Stop Sniffer
./update action=0x10329
