Cannot discover interfaces on NetSNMP agents

Issue/Introduction

Trying to discover NetSNMP agents, 

For all servers, the only supported metric families identified by the discovery are:

- Availability
- Device Polling Statistics
- Reachability

When walking with SNMPv3, the devices do respond with the interface mib correctly.

Environment

Release : 21.2

Component : IM Discovery

Cause

The device was using an SNMPv2 SNMP profile.

Resolution

Device may respond differently when queried via SNMPv2 vs SNMPv3, use an SNMPv3 profile if configured to respond to the if mib via SNMPv3 requests.
