Vplex MIB not compiling

Issue/Introduction
When trying to compile VPlex.mib, receive:
ErrorCould not parse the file VPLEX-MIB. The error occurred at the line no: 85 ,column: 17.
The identifier should not start or end with number or special character.

Cause
The 'vplexLocale' should start with the upper case.
Just make these changes at lines 62 and 82 (from: vplexLocale - to: Vplexlocale)
Resolution
Change at lines 62 and 82.
Line 62: VplexLocale ::= TEXTUAL-CONVENTION
Line 82: SYNTAX VplexLocale
