DC00400I SYSVIEW INITIALIZATION PROCESS SUCCESSFUL does not show up for every CICS region

Issue/Introduction

We are not able to see the below message in few CICS regions log:

DB: START-UP - DC00400I  SYSVIEW INITIALIZATION PROCESS SUCCESSFUL

Whereas in some CICS region, this message populates.

Could you please let me know the reason behind it?

Component : SYSVIEW

Resolution

Review the CICS region joblog for which the DC00400I message does not appear.   If a message similar to the below appears, this indicates that DCOM is not included, and hence the message would not show up as DCOM will not be monitored:

XX* 10/27/17 MCCADX4 - DCOM PRODUCT SUITE NOT INCLUDED - NO UPDATES *
