'Financials' module errors with 'Could not load the view columns' in MUX

Issue/Introduction

The 'Financials' module in the Modern User Experience (UX) errors out with the following message: 'Could not load the view columns'. None of the columns get displayed (No details are shown) for Cost Plans and Benefit plans.
The issue happens for custom investments and projects. There are no errors in the app-ca.log, app-trace.xml, or the har file.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Log into the Modern UX
  2. Select a project
  3. Select a custom view
  4. Click on the Column Panel button

Expected results: Displays the field details custom view

Actual results: No details are shown and a message 'Could not load columns' is displayed

Cause

The cost plans list page is missing the standard view which needs to be seeded into the database table "ODF_UI_VIEWS".
