Misleading View configuration label "Time Zone Filter" in Performance Management

Issue/Introduction

DX NetOps Performance Management Portal web UI Dashboard Views show a label "Time Zone Filter" when a specific Time Zone is set on the View.

This is misleading as the Time Zone configuration does not perform any filtering functionality.

Environment

All supported DX NetOps Performance Management releases r21.2.2 and older

Cause

A change to the product functionality in the r20.2 release created this change.

Resolution

DE510377 was opened with engineering to address this change and remove the Filter word from the label so it's no longer misleading.

This was resolved in the r21.2.3 release. Upgrade to r21.2.3 or newer releases to resolve this.
