Issue/Introduction

User dashboard(s)/view(s) are not applying the requested time zone.  Results include devices from random/any/all time zones.

This is since 21.2.1 upgrade.

Views with a specific Time Zone are showing items that don't apply to that Time Zone.

Cause

Change to how the product functions.

All supported DX NetOps Performance Management releases

Resolution

In the r20.2.x release series a change was made that changes how Time Zones configured on Views work.

Previously it would limit items from the Group context to just those that applied to the configured Time Zone.

The current versions no longer do this. The Group is what now controls the items available for appearance in the View.
