Power user permission issue OI vs APM

Issue/Introduction

As per the product documentation, out of the box Power user can not Create/Edit Management Module, Metrics Grouping and Alerts but we found a way to provide those permission to Power user by overriding the existing permission.

On the same line, we want to give permission to Power User to Create/Edit Message template, Channels, Policies and Maintenance Window. Would you kindly let us know, how to do it.

Unfortunately, there are no options available to modify the default roles and permissions. If configured forcefully, they are not supported. 

Resolution

 

Created a defect for Enhancement Request - User Story 

Submitted US769127 to our PM/dev team as an enhancement request for review and prioritization.
