Issue/Introduction

Logging onto CEM encounters the failure: Error generating login.json: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Premature end of file. 

All CEM tasks have started successfully, with the impact being limited to logging onto the UI.  

 

Environment

Release : 6.0

Component : CA COMPLIANCE EVENT MANAGER

Cause

Problem with the ceme_config.xml file being used to recreate the login.json file

Resolution

Re-running the CUSTOM.JOBLIB(J01160SP)  configuration job proved corrective.
