OPMS. After update to new realease, program status failed for several components

Issue/Introduction

After updating one of our OPMS to  version 10.7.1 some of the components are not starting

I have also restarted

systemctl daemon-reload

systemctl restart docker

monit restart all

Cause

The installation process does not download the new docker images that many of the components use - this is done on first start up and may take some time to complete fully

Resolution

System self recovered after some time - suspect due to delay in in downloading docker images during first startup after install
