OPMS outbound traffic to <Ip Addr>

Issue/Introduction

We have 3 OPMS systems running within our network. We have noticed outbound traffic from these servers to an ip address. Will you explain what this traffic is used for and what would be the impact if we blocked this traffic?

This host or IP is not use by OPMS, it looks like it's some sort of routing assets database.
