Issue/Introduction

How can user complete a generation which is stuck and cannot be force completed in DE?

Environment

Release : 12.0

Component : CA WORKLOAD AUTOMATION DE (DSERIES)

Resolution

In some rare cases an application generation may not complete and force complete does not clear it either.  To clear such application generations, perform a cold start level 3.  This will clear any generation and related resources as well.  See the following link to perform a cold start level 3.

Note: Cold start level 3 is only available in version 12.1 and above.
