Resolution

The PeopleSoft Agent 11.5 does not support PeopleTools 8.58.

PeopleTools 8.58 is supported from PeopleSoft Agent 12.0 release with patch SO14061.

Apply patch SO14061 to support PeopleTools 8.58 for the r12.0 Agent.
