WCC R12 Install Fails on Windows when iso is mounted with Prismo

Issue/Introduction

When the R12 iso is mounted on Windows with Prismo, the installation fails with the following error...

I also see a note about upgrade failure with error reading something from the stream:

Resolution

Extract the iso locally using a tool such as 7zip and run the install from there.
