Allocation value audit changes due to default clarity job

Issue/Introduction

Updates to allocation values is noticed in the team object Audit views. It is currently noticed on random projects, and the clarity job 'Update Earned Value and Cost Totals' is appearing to be run at the same duration. Need help understanding if the clarity job is expected to update team allocation values.

Audit Trail on Team object shows allocation value change:

 

Job logs for the same interval (note: the Date time noted in audit table coincides with the scheduled Clarity job 'Update Earned Value and Cost Totals')

 

Cause

Time slicing job is designed to touch allocation slices.  

Environment

CLARITY 15.9.2

Resolution

When a resource calendar is modified, after running the 'Update Earned Value and Cost Totals' job, the Allocation data on the Team page does not get modified although the 'Allocation Cost' data gets updated.

Since the Time Slicing job is normally scheduled every minute, when the time slicing job is run the Allocation data on the team page gets updated (as a result of change to calendar).

Audit Trail on Team object shows that Allocation has been updated (as it shows date and time stamp of the time 'Update Earned Value and Cost Totals' was run) and it appears as though the 'Update Earned Value and Cost Totals' job instead of the Time Slice job caused the allocation data to be updated on the team page.
